  • Delivering pre-arrival support, check-in instructions, and guest concierge services during your stay.

2. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Applicability:

These terms and cancellation policies apply exclusively to bookings made directly through our website (dodoretreats.com). If you have booked our holiday villas through a third-party platform or online travel agency (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.), your booking, payments, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by the specific terms, conditions, and policies of that third-party platform.

For direct bookings with us, we want you to be fully informed of your rights and responsibilities. Because our offerings are time-sensitive holiday accommodations, our cancellation and refund policy is structured as follows:

  • Standard Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 10%.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date are strictly non-refundable, as the villa is held exclusively for you and dates cannot easily be re-booked.

  • No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

  • Merchant-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative property of equal or greater value, or a 100% full refund of all monies paid.

We do not support bookings or delivery of services originating from or involving restricted high-risk jurisdictions (such as, but not limited to, regions experiencing active international sanctions, embargoes, or travel restrictions such as parts of Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.).
